Job summary

Just Ingredients is seeking an analytical Demand Planner to own all-channel SKU forecasts and improve forecast accuracy. You will convert statistical baselines, retailer data, and commercial plans into a consensus demand plan for Sales and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CPG demand planning or forecasting; supplements or food preferred.
• Hands-on with statistical forecasting, S&OP, and forecast bias metrics.
• Experience with retailer and syndicated data such as SPINS.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills required.
• Modus or similar demand planning tool; NetSuite a plus.
• Confident in influencing Sales and Finance with data.
• Curious, problem-solving mindset and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Forecast all-channel SKU demand starting from a statistical baseline.
• Incorporate retailer inventory and SPINS into the baseline forecast.
• Measure promotional lift and post-event performance for baselines.
• Lead S&OP demand consensus with CPFR Analysts and Sales Managers.
• Reconcile forecasts to Finance budget and flag risks and opportunities.
• Own forecast accuracy and bias KPIs for assigned categories.
