Job summary

Just Ingredients is seeking an analytical Demand Planner to own all-channel SKU forecasts and lead the demand side of S&OP. You will blend statistical baselines with retailer data and commercial plans to produce a single, actionable consensus forecast across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Planning to ensure alignment with budgets, manage lifecycle forecasts, and address risks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in CPG demand planning or forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with statistical forecasting, S&OP, and forecast accuracy and bias metrics.
• Experience with retailer and syndicated data such as SPINS and retailer inventory reports.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills are required.
• Experience with Modus or similar demand planning tools; NetSuite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain all-channel SKU forecasts for assigned categories starting from a statistical baseline.
• Incorporate retailer data and consumer forecasts into the baseline forecast.
• Lead the demand side of S&OP, building consensus plans with cross-functional inputs.
• Develop launch forecasts and phase-out plans to manage inventory risk.
• Own forecast accuracy and bias KPIs and drive improvements across cycles.
