Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for customs clearance and last-mile logistics services in US, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency. Provide adaptable and feasible strategies in response to stakeholder requests, leveraging strong problem-solving skills.
• 2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customs authorities and logistics providers, optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing efficiency.
• Oversee and evaluate supplier performance to ensure alignment with Alibaba International’s business objectives, compliance standards, and operational needs.
• 4. Cost Analysis and Contract Negotiation: Analyze market trends, monitor costs, and negotiate contracts to drive cost savings and value optimization.
• 5. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customs clearance and last-mile service delivery, addressing and resolving interdepartmental issues effectively.
• 6. Procurement Process Compliance and Improvement: Adhere to procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks.

Qualifications

• 1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
