Job summary

Alhambra Post Acute Martinez SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities in a caring, team-oriented environment. You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, vital signs, and meals, while maintaining safety and dignity.

California CNA certification is required, with opportunities for full-time or part-time shifts across various days and times.

Qualifications

• California CNA certification is required.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Calm and professional under pressure.
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Take and record vital signs
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Support resident comfort, safety, and daily routines
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide quality care

Pay: $23–$26 per hour, based on experience
