Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager who is passionate about the Alfa Romeo brand and committed to achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service. As the Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales team, drive dealership growth, and ensure an unparalleled experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive dealership growth and profitability.

Customer Engagement: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and personalized attention throughout the buying process.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and work closely with the marketing team to ensure optimal vehicle display and promotions.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.

Operational Efficiency: Streamline sales processes to ensure smooth operations and high efficiency in the sales department.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of the automotive industry, preferably with experience in luxury or high-performance vehicles.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
