Job summary

The Hotel Alex Johnson in Rapid City, SD, invites you to join our busy events team as Banquet Supervisor. You will greet guests, coordinate banquet operations, ensure service standards, and oversee food and beverage setup to meet contracts.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Coordinate banquet setup, service, and cleanup per contract and BEOs.
• Oversee food and beverage service to ensure standards and timeliness.
• Direct banquet staff during setup, service, and breakdown."
• Communicate last-minute changes with banquet team and kitchen staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
