Job Overview

Under the direction of management, the position ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire building in accordance with state and company policies and monitors employee adherence to the Legends Alcohol Policy.

Key duties include assisting staff with alcohol-related issues, observing and documenting any alcohol-related incidents, and assisting with alcohol cut‑off procedures. The role may also involve other duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the serving of alcohol by game‑day staff.
• Ensure staff adheres to Legends’ alcohol service policy.
• Observe and document all alcohol‑related issues or violations.
• Assist with alcohol cut‑off and perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Complete inventory at assigned locations.
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Know the layout of the venue and the assigned area of work.
• Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Ensure compliance with all company service standards.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the venue.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.

• Pay rate: $18.75 per hour.
