Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Admission to the corresponding state bar in good standing.
• Experience with, or strong interest in, alcohol beverage regulatory law, including familiarity with TTB and state ABC agencies.
• Knowledge of the three-tier system, trade practice rules, and licensing/permitting requirements for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of alcohol beverages.
• Ability to interface directly with attorneys and clients.
• Demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving and organization skills.
• Ability to develop and implement legal strategies and collaborate in a team environment.
