Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading PowerBuilder projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of Oracle databases and PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and support of PowerBuilder apps for HCR portfolio.
• Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements using PFC, DataWindow, and PowerScript.
• Maintain Oracle database components and integrate with PowerBuilder code.
• Diagnose production issues across application and database layers and coordinate fixes.
• Document code structure, business rules, and deployment procedures.
• Support modernization efforts and transfer knowledge to State staff.
