The role focuses on facilitating communication for LEP communities across various settings, with assignments assigned as they become available. Qualified interpreters will demonstrate bilingual fluency, strong client service, and a commitment to confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Full fluency in English and Albanian.
• High level of client service.
• 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices
• Adhere to clearance requirements as requested by clients
• Report on site to any accepted assignments in a timely manner
• Access to personal or public transport
