Job summary

Language Services Associates, Inc. is seeking Amharic interpreters for on-site assignments in Media, PA. You will help LEP clients by providing accurate interpretation across a variety of settings, while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

As part of LSA’s independent contractor network, you will be responsible for facilitating language access and delivering superior customer service. Prior interpreting experience and relevant certifications are preferred to qualify for

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Amharic required.
• Excellent client-service skills.
• 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry certifications (CMI, CCHI) preferred.

• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices
• Adhere to clearance requirements as requested by clients

Overview

Language Services Associates is looking for Amharic interpreters in the Media, PA area. As a member of LSA’s network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you will be responsible for facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a variety of settings. LSA is continuously accepting qualified interpreters for a wide range of interpreting assignments!
