Qualifications

• Must possess Alaska RN license or eligibility.
• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required based on area.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care with the care team.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care per physician orders.
• Document care accurately in the patient record.
• Educate patients and families and promote discharge planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for quality outcomes.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks as appropriate.
