Job summary

The State of Alaska is seeking a Project Analyst (Exempt-PCN 06T016) in multiple locations, AK. You will lead security and privacy initiatives for eligibility and enrollment systems, coordinating federal/state security requirements and developing documentation to support authorization and continuous monitoring.

You will work with program, technical, vendor, and external partners to ensure designs and testing protect sensitive information and to monitor compliance across Alaska and the U.S.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management principles, methods, and tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects.
• Knowledge of information systems/network security principles and risk management.
• Experience implementing or supporting federal/state security/privacy requirements (ARC‑AMPE, NIST SP 800‑53, HIPAA, etc.).
• Ability to develop security documentation and monitoring/compliance activities.
