Job summary

Foundation Health Partners is seeking a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician with an interest in geriatric medicine to join our Internal Medicine & Senior Care Clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska. You’ll work in a physician-led team focusing on comprehensive adult primary care, from preventive medicine to management of chronic conditions.

The compensation package includes a $350k base salary with production potential, a $65k sign-on bonus, and an annual $10k incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved medical school with licensure in the state where you practice.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified by the appropriate certifying board; current DEA number.
• Must apply for and maintain Medical Staff membership and clinical privileges as required by the employment agreement.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and manage complex multisystem conditions in adult patients.
• Provide chronic and acute care in a team-based setting with APP support.
• Collaborate with specialists, lab, imaging and pharmacy on campus to coordinate care.
