Job summary

Providence Medical Group - Alaska is seeking a per diem, board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join the Anchorage Primary Care team. You will work with advanced practice clinicians, social workers, pharmacist and care managers in a collaborative, team-based care model. A current Alaska license is required, with 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Alaska physician license (current) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem coverage for primary care patients.
• Collaborate with APPs, social workers, case management and clinical pharmacists in a team-based model.
• Support behavioral health integration and onsite pharmacy services.
