Job summary

Foundation Health Partners in Fairbanks, Alaska, seeks a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician with an interest in geriatric medicine to join our Internal Medicine & Senior Care Clinic. You will support a physician-led team delivering comprehensive adult primary care, coordinating with APPs for routine check-ins, follow-ups and acute care needs.

Our compensation includes a $350k base, $65k sign-on, and a $10k annual incentive, with a strong commitment to work-life balance and a modern,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of medicine with licensure in the state where he/she practices.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified by appropriate certifying board.
• Must apply for and maintain Medical Staff membership and clinical privileges at appropriate facilities if required by employment agreement.
• Commitment to healthcare and concern for people in distress, critical listening skills and ability to communicate clearly, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and manage complex multisystem conditions.
• Partner with APPs who support routine check-ins, follow-up visits and acute care needs.
• Focus time on chronic and complex care within a team-based model.
