Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor’s preferred and may substitute for work experience.
• Minimum two years of recovery or peer support experience and/or navigating behavioral health systems.
• Peer Support Certification or eligibility to obtain within six months of hire.
• Ability to pass a state background check and comply with safety clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and provide operational support to program leadership.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports; ensure grant data compliance.
• Enter data into the EHR; maintain documentation and billing records.
• Support consumers across the continuum of care, including MOUD and post-treatment follow-up.
