Gana-A'Yoo Limited in Anchorage, Alaska, seeks a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to guide the corporation's strategic direction and financial performance while honoring Alaska Native values. The CEO will build a high-performing leadership team, balance growth with fiduciary responsibilities, and report to the Board of Directors/Board President.

Travel is frequent as the role engages with shareholders, communities, and government partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, management, or related field.
• Ten+ years of progressive executive leadership experience, preferably in an Alaska Native Corporation.
• Experience with strategic planning, financial management, and organizational growth.
• Knowledge of ANSCA, governance, shareholder relations, and subsidiary management.
• Ability to reside in Alaska and lead with integrity, accountability, and stakeholder focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic direction, financial performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Supervise senior leadership including CFO/COO and other key executives.
• Develop budgets and allocate resources to meet strategic objectives.
• Foster governance practices with the Board and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Promote ethical leadership and cultural stewardship of Alaska Native heritage.
