Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of administrative, customer service, office support, recruiting, HR, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment and hiring activities including sourcing, offers, pre-employment screening and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and guide on interviewing and employment practices while ensuring policy compliance.
