Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks a variety of menu items (hamburgers, sandwiches, eggs, quick meals, salads).
• Operates kitchen equipment using gas, electricity, steam, or microwave heat sources.
• Cooks meats, vegetables, desserts and beverages as directed; manages food temperatures and storage.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area; follows safety procedures.
• May perform bar-related duties such as stocking and setup of service bars.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
