Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and radio/telephone operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs and process air transport requests.
• Review, confirm, and verify preflight risk assessments.
• Monitor, track, and log flight progress.
• Maintain situational awareness of weather along routes.
• Pass critical information to Pilot in Command and OPS staff.
• Ensure accurate data entry and complete paperwork for shift.
• Generate reports and maintain departmental records.
• Follow company policies and participate in training and security programs.
