Job summary

Everts Air is seeking a Flight Control Manager in Fairbanks, AK to oversee safe, timely, and efficient Operational Control, including Flight Following personnel. The role requires FAA Dispatch certification and dispatch experience with large aircraft, plus supervisory background.

Starting pay is $40.00 per hour, with DOE. Regular full-time schedule, M-F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and a comprehensive benefits package. The manager will lead training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving expertise.
• Ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, work processing systems/software, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures and related terminology.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess an FAA Dispatch Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CFR compliance in operations.
• Monitor Flight Followers in Operational Control tasks.
• Plan flights with meteorological conditions and aircraft limitations in mind.
• Communicate significant flight status changes to relevant personnel.
• Manage flight control procedures and electronic records.
