SLR International is seeking a Senior Consultant – Air Quality to join our Alaska operation in Anchorage. The role calls for extensive air quality expertise, project leadership, and client engagement across oil & gas, mining, utilities, and other industrial sectors.

You will mentor staff and help grow SLR's Alaska practice. You will work with clients, regulators, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality environmental solutions and to develop new business opportunities while advancing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.
• 10–15+ years of relevant experience in air quality, environmental consulting, regulatory compliance, permitting, environmental management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of applicable air quality regulations (Title V, PSD/NSR, NSPS, NESHAP, GHG, ambient air monitoring).
• Experience with air quality permitting, compliance, monitoring, emissions inventories, dispersion modeling, or regulatory analysis.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage air quality and environmental projects from planning through completion.
• Prepare, review, and manage air quality permit applications.
• Provide air quality regulatory compliance support and guidance to clients.
• Develop and oversee air quality monitoring, sampling, and data collection programs.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level environmental professionals.
• Collaborate with SLR professionals across disciplines to deliver integrated environmental solutions.
