Job summary

Calista Brice LLC is seeking a Driller Assistant for a temporary position in Alaska. The role involves assisting in the operation and safety of drilling operations on a seasonal mineral exploration project.

The Driller Assistant will support the drilling team with equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and workflow management for approximately 5 to 8 months. Candidates must have a High School Diploma and 5000-23 Surface Mining Certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5000-23 Surface Mining Certification dated within the past 5 years is required.
• Able to pass drug, background screening, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mobilizing and setting up drilling sites.
• Transport supplies and equipment to the drill site.
• Prepare and maintain safety equipment.
• Support the Driller during drilling processes.
• Maintain all site equipment and tools.
