Job summary

STG Inc. is seeking an on-site Laborer in Alaska to support a range of general construction tasks. You will assist with site preparation, material handling, equipment support, grounding, weatherproofing, and other activities while maintaining safety and productivity.

Minimum qualifications include no formal education requirement, First Aid/CPR, and ability to pass drug, driving and background screenings. Local residents across Holy Cross, Nunam Iqua and Chevak are prioritized, housing not

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• First Aid/CPR training or ability to become certified.
• Ability to pass drug, driving (if applicable) and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Support skilled trades and construction activities.
• Prepare worksites and maintain safe work sites.
• Load, offload, move and organize supplies, materials, tools and small equipment.
• Perform long hours in varying weather conditions and travel as needed.
• Follow directives from the Project Foreman and senior staff.
• Live and work in shared remote accommodations with local travel requirements.
