STG Inc. is seeking a Laborer to support general construction and manual labor across remote Alaska sites. You will assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment support while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education or degree required.
• Ability to pass Drug, Driving (if applicable) and Background screening.
• Experience or ability to perform physically demanding labor in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment support.
• Follow directives from foreman and senior crew, maintain safety practices.
• Perform physical labor including lifting, climbing, and moving materials at sites.
• Load, offload, move and organize supplies and equipment at job sites and barge landings.
• Attend safety meetings and follow company safety plans.
• Live and work in shared remote field accommodations as required.
