Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment requirements (drug test, physical and fit for duty assessment and hearing test).
• Must cooperate and work as part of a team with others.
• Must make quick decisions with little supervision.
• Must be on your feet for 12 hours per shift.
• Must live in dormitory-style settings at remote camps.
• Contract requires English: read, write, speak, understand.
• Must meet safety guidelines and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Performs preventative and ongoing maintenance on structures and facilities.
• Cleans work area, tools, and equipment.
• Assists in repair, maintenance, or installation of electrical or mechanical equipment.
• Provide materials, tools, and supplies to craft personnel.
• Disassemble, transport, assemble, or install equipment or furnishings.
• Assist in plumbing tasks and drain cleaning.
• Move, transport, and handle items or materials.
• Attend daily safety toolbox meetings and perform job safety evaluations.
• Notify supervisor if safety and sanitation standards are not met.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
