Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of general labor experience.
• Proficient in use of hand and small power tools.
• Familiar with construction materials and methods.
• Ability to monitor gauges and ensure machine function.
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs and working at height.

Responsibilities

• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, and temporary structures.
• Load or identify materials and distribute to locations.
• Measure openings or distances to layout work areas.
• Tend pumps, compressors, or generators to power tools and equipment.
• Mix or pour concrete using portable cement mixers.
• Control traffic near work zones.
• Dig trenches or backfill and level earth per specs.
