Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) Civil Rights Office seeks a Civil Rights Program and Compliance Specialist 1 to help us Keep Alaska Moving. The role supports DBE and OJT services in Alaska, with outreach, event planning and marketing duties.

Based in Anchorage, you’ll join a small, dedicated team of specialists focused on compliance with federal laws and guidance, with opportunities for training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procedures for assessing, evaluating, and monitoring programs or projects for compliance with Federal laws, regulations, and guidance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of DBE Support Services and On-the-Job Training (OJT) Services Programs for Alaska.
• Provide outreach administrative support, event planning and marketing in support of these programs.
