Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel and access control experience preferred.
• Able to lift 20+ pounds and operate a computer or tablet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors according to site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner; document activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors and staff per procedures.
• Report hazards and violations to appropriate personnel.
