Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Computer Assisted Patrol in Lincoln, NE. You will monitor healthcare facilities, deter incidents, assist with access control, and respond to alarms while delivering exceptional customer service to patients and staff.

Position is full-time with a daytime to evening schedule. Pay starts at $22.36 per hour and includes opportunities for training, growth, and benefits through Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort with computers/tablets for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with security and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and guide visitors per facility procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents per reporting requirements.
