What We’re Looking For

• Experience in alarm/video/access/fire (5 years preferred)
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and professional
• Valid driver’s license, clean background, and willingness to travel locally
• A mindset of service, collaboration, drive, integrity, honesty, and professionalism — we hire for values first
• Bonus: Certifications (e.g., ESA, NICET)
