Qualifications

• 5+ years IT project management experience.
• Experience managing internal/enterprise IT projects.
• Experience independently developing budgets and schedules.
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource needs.
• Establish scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop project budgets and track spending against budget.
• Build realistic schedules and manage dependencies and critical paths.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage scope changes with stakeholder approval and documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
• Track progress and hold team members accountable for commitments.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party deliverables align with objectives.
• Translate technical information into clear business terms for stakeholders.
• Escalate issues and drive projects toward resolution.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, logs, and reports.
