Job summary

The Southern Poverty Law Center seeks a Program Manager, Center for Advocacy & Learning in Montgomery, AL. The role will design and localize curriculum for Alabama communities, develop leadership programs, and train trainers to expand community capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in community education, program management, coalition and group facilitation, or related field, including designing curriculum or training programs.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine curriculum for Alabama State Office programs.
• Develop and facilitate workshops and leadership development opportunities.
• Build and lead a train-the-trainer program with facilitation standards and materials.
• Identify, recruit, and coordinate trainers and subject matter experts.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of cohort members and alumni.
• Collaborate with program leadership and internal departments to align initiatives with priorities.
