Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and refine curriculum for Alabama State Office programs.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops and leadership development opportunities.
  • Build and lead a train-the-trainer program with facilitation standards and materials.
  • Identify, recruit, and coordinate trainers and subject matter experts.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of cohort members and alumni.
  • Collaborate with program leadership and internal departments to align initiatives with priorities.
