Qualifications

• Experience developing and litigating civil rights impact litigation in federal/state courts.
• Experience working with communities, grassroots campaigns, and impacted communities.
• Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and editing on complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop new cases in consultation with SPLC staff and community partners.
• Senior Staff Attorneys will train and mentor legal staff as needed.
• Represent SPLC in courts, before state agencies, legislators, and community groups.
