Job summary

Job description

Salary: $108,000 - 148,000 per year

Requirements:

• Were looking for at least 4 years of experience developing and implementing marketing automation solutions, especially with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Experience Platform services.
• You should have expertise in data activation using AJO and AEP RT-CDP; integrating AEM with Target, Analytics, and AJA; configuring destinations; and using export APIs.
• You should be experienced in optimizing data-processing performance and conducting load tests to confirm AEP can handle expected data and user volumes.
• You should be skilled in creating and measuring AJO journeys, including implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout of journeys and campaigns.
• Technical developer certifications in one or more of the listed Adobe products are required.
• You should be proficient in XML, HTML5, CSS, client- and server-side scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL APIs.
• You should have expertise in AEP data collection and ingestion from diverse sources, ETL workflows, and data cleansing, enrichment, and normalization.
• You should be able to define XDM, create datasets, configure profile merge, and build segments in AEP.
• You should understand data governance policies and usage labels, and how to support compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Experience with configuring email, SMS, push notifications, data sources, and events; custom actions; third-party API integrations; offers and decisioning; and journey reporting and monitoring is expected.
• You should have prior experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Campaign, as well as digital targeting and marketing automation technologies.
• We value strong communication skills for customer interactions, collaboration, and documentation, along with organization, motivation, and initiative.
• You should be familiar with marketing automation, digital marketing, and customer experience management best practices, and be able to learn new technologies and languages quickly.
• Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page-load events is a plus.
• We require a B.Tech or a four-year college or university degree, with a relevant postgraduate qualification from a premier institution.
