Job summary

EVONA is seeking an Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) Engineer to oversee end-to-end build and verification of space-flight mechanisms for next-generation satellite systems. The role spans development programs and recurring production activities, with hands-on support to production teams.

Responsibilities include leading testing efforts, developing documentation and tooling, and participating in design reviews to improve integration efficiency and test accommodation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in aerospace or complex hardware manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical or electro-mechanical testing and development.
• Strong adaptability, teamwork and communication.

• Lead environmental and functional testing, and develop docs and tooling.
• Participate in design reviews and propose improvements for integration and testing.
• Optimize manufacturing and assembly processes with design engineers.

• Support anomaly investigations, troubleshoot, and root-cause analysis.
• Provide hands-on support to production teams to maintain smooth builds.

• Optimise manufacturing and assembly processes in collaboration with design engineers.
• Prepare technical reports summarising findings, trends, and operational insights.
• Support anomaly investigations, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Provide hands‑on support to production teams to ensure smooth build operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or similar).
• Prior experience in aerospace or complex hardware manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical or electro‑mechanical mechanism testing and development.
• Strong adaptability, teamwork skills, and communication ability.
