Job summary

JGM Fabricators & Constructors is expanding its AISC Advanced Bridge Certified operation in Sinking Spring, PA. We seek experienced welders who perform FCAW, GMAW/MIG, SAW, and SMAW on structural steel, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and dimensional accuracy.

You will read weld symbols, shop drawings, and WPSs while working around overhead cranes and heavy plate assemblies. The role offers 5:00 AM starts, 10-hour shifts, OT opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in structural steel welding.
• AWS D1.1 or D1.5 certification preferred.
• Experience in AISC fabrication environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform code-quality welds using FCAW, GMAW/MIG, SAW, and SMAW.
• Interpret weld symbols, WPSs, and shop drawings.
• Handle prep, grinding, gouging, and cleanup.
• Work safely with overhead cranes, fixtures, and heavy plate assemblies.
• Adhere to AISC, AWS, and OSHA requirements.
