Job summary

CAMP Systems is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Analyst II to join the Operations Team in Wichita, KS. You will coordinate maintenance tracking, liaise with teams and customers by phone and email, and support airworthiness activities. A BS or equivalent and an A&P license are preferred, with 2+ years in aviation maintenance.

Strong regulatory familiarity and analytic skills are required. Work cross-functionally to ensure service levels, improve processes, and contribute to project efforts.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent; A&P license or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in aviation maintenance or manufacturing.
• Experience with airlines, MROs, and major aircraft/manufacturer partners preferred.
• Familiarity with FAR 43, 91, 125, 135, 145 and EASA CR; ability to learn more regs.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIP implementation, audit and optimization within CAMP’s maintenance tracking app.
• Utilize MSG analysis to determine applicability and effectiveness of tasks, programs, intervals and packaging.
• Evaluate and implement Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and other in-service notifications.
• Support airworthiness and maintenance visit planning and analysis of technical resources.
• Develop standards, processes, and documentation to support quality and service goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer service levels are met and issues addressed.
• Monitor customer support performance and propose action plans to improve service levels.
• Support projects, training efforts, and analyst activities to drive efficiencies and scale.
