Job summary

CAMP Systems is seeking an Enrollment Analyst in Wichita to ensure new aircraft configurations and maintenance programs are correctly entered into CAMP's software, supporting aircraft maintenance tracking and inventory. You will engage with clients to gather information, answer questions, and ensure data is accurate within service agreements, acting as a key onboarding interface.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or aviation experience required or equivalent.
• A&P license or 2–5 years of related aircraft experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Enroll new aircraft into CAMP application using customer/furnished documentation in line with CAMP-OPS-100 and CAMP-OPS-110.
• Implement the inspection/maintenance schedule for assigned aircraft per regulatory and customer requirements.
• Evaluate, analyze, and interpret data such as ADs, SBs, and maintenance logs.
• Quality check enrollments to ensure accuracy and CAMP compliance.
• Review, inspect, and work with the client to implement their Maintenance Inspection Program.
• Ensure customers' data is updated promptly and accurately.
• Prioritize work based on project timelines and current workload.
• Ensure customer changes are reviewed and implemented correctly.
• Maintain constant, effective communication with all stakeholders during enrollment.
• Review and update databases at enrollment milestones to reflect changes.
• Handle customer calls regarding maintenance programs.
• Educate customers on the web-based CAMP applications and functionality.
