Job summary

CAMP Systems is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Analyst Intern to join our Wichita, KS team. The intern will operate as a virtual extension of the customers’ aircraft maintenance teams, working on real projects that support our aviation clients worldwide.

We hire ambitious students pursuing undergraduate or graduate programs (e.g., Aerospace, Business Administration) with a strong interest in aerospace, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong interest in the aerospace industry and aviation programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Learn CAMP Systems Maintenance Tracking Platform at a high level.
• Assist the onboarding team with enrollment for new customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization.
• Assist Administrative team with customer experience including inbound calls and data input.
• Support project goals through data analysis and reporting.
• Create and revise documents, presentations, and reports.
