Qualifications

• Enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Aerospace, Business Administration).
• Strong interest in the aerospace industry and aviation programs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Learn CAMP Systems Maintenance Tracking Platform to understand the business.
• Assist the onboarding team with the enrollment process for new customers.
• Work cross-functionally within the organization.
• Assist the Administrative team with customer experience including inbound calls and data input.
• Collaborate with various teams to assist with project goals and objectives.
• Perform analysis and research to support decision-making processes.
• Participate in the creation and revision of documents, presentations, and reports.
