Experimental Aircraft Association Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the AirVenture Oshkosh marketing efforts. You will assist in implementing integrated plans, conducting research, producing briefs and reports, and writing copy for diverse channels.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and time management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with opportunities to collaborate across departments and support event logistics during the convention.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing department with implementing AirVenture-related marketing plans.
• Conduct research as assigned by the marketing department.
• Produce project briefs and metric reports.
• Write copy for newsletters, web content, ads, and collateral.
• Collaborate with creative, digital media, and other in-house teams to fulfill tactical needs.
• Support radio ad trades through cold calling and negotiation.
• Assist with AirVenture event logistics and attendee engagement.
• Brainstorm ideas and coordinate tasks within the team.
