Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Associate to deliver safe, efficient service in a private aviation setting. You will handle baggage and freight, monitor access points, and support ramp operations to ensure a seamless guest journey.

The role requires flexibility for nights, holidays, and weekends, and work in indoor/outdoor areas near aircraft. A strong emphasis on safety and hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must pass airport background checks and obtain an airport security badge.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, freight, and cargo and transfer packages between planes or other transport modes.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment such as tugs, trucks, conveyors, and other freight handling equipment.
• Conduct identification checks for flight crews, passengers, visitors and vendors entering the terminal and/or the Airport Operations Area (AOA).
• Monitor facilities including street side, parking lots, terminal, hangars and AOA.
• Assist Airside Experience Specialists to ensure guests receive an exceptional experience (ground power units, potable water, wing walking, chocking, stairs/jetway).
• Stop work if an unsafe condition or act is likely to cause harm; report concerns to management.
• Maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations.
• Create accurate records pertaining to time worked and activities and services performed.
