The City of Fresno Airports Department is seeking an Airports Systems Technician to monitor, troubleshoot, and repair Baggage Handling System and related controls across airport facilities. The role requires hands-on work with mechanical/conveyor and energy management controls, plus involvement with security system hardware.

Collaboration with the ISD is essential for field hardware support. Two years of relevant experience and a valid CA driver's license are required, with a background check

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with mechanical/conveyor and related control systems.
• Experience with energy management and security system components.
• Knowledge of people moving systems and associated controls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to system outages and troubleshoot issues as the first line of defense.
• Install, alter, maintain and repair BHS controls and related electrical equipment.
• Support field-level hardware components of airport security systems in coordination with ISD.
