Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a Passenger Service Dispatcher to coordinate wheelchair assistance and transportation for flights. You will work with wheelchair assistants and clients to ensure timely communication and efficient dispatching in a fast-paced airport environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 18+ years old, ability to obtain an Airport Badge, strong communication, multitasking skills, and dispatching experience. Hourly pay is $14.00 with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Airport badge eligibility required.
• Experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work varied shifts.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares tickets for wheelchair crew at start of day.
• Receives calls to track wheelchair location and job status.
• Relays work orders and information to/from work crews by phone or radio.
• Performs general clerical duties (copying, filing, mailing).
• Dispatches wheelchair and walker vehicles efficiently.
• Fills in for Wheelchair Assistants as needed.
