PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Wheelchair Attendant at OMA Airport in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on assisting mobility-impaired passengers and ensuring safe, comfortable airport navigation.

The position requires English communication, the ability to use tablets and other devices, and flexibility to work various shifts including nights and holidays. On-site work with full PrimeFlight safety and service standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers requiring mobility support to and from aircraft seats using appropriate devices.
• Push wheelchair passengers to and from airport gates.
• Assist passengers with handling luggage.
• Guide passengers in wheelchairs down jet bridges.
• Ensure wheelchair brakes are properly set before exiting.
• Complete reports regarding wheelchairs or incidents.
• Follow dispatcher gate orders and address passenger questions promptly.
• Demonstrate reliability and PrimeFlight service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
