Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Wheelchair Attendant at ELP Airport to assist passengers with mobility needs and support safe, comfortable travel within the terminal and aircraft gates.

You will operate on-site, following airport procedures, and provide courteous service while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Effective communication in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access information on devices (IPads/Tablets).
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers needing mobility support to transfer to and from aircraft seats using appropriate devices.
• Push wheelchair passengers to and from airport gates.
• Assist with handling luggage (checked, carry-on, and claimed).
• Guide passengers in wheelchairs down jet bridges and ensure wheelchair brakes are set.
• Complete required reports and adhere to dispatcher gate orders.
• Provide prompt, helpful customer service and maintain safety standards.
