Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Wheelchair Attendant at LIH Airport to assist passengers with mobility and comfort in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will work on-site with a team, ensure safety, operate wheelchairs and equipment, and provide welcoming, professional service to travelers with diverse needs. This role offers hourly pay of $18 USD and benefits in eligible locations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to operate tablets, computers and mobile devices.
• Willing to comply with background check and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers requiring mobility support to and from aircraft seats.
• Push wheelchair passengers to and from gates.
• Help with handling checked and carry-on luggage.
• Guide passengers in wheelchairs down the jet bridge safely.
• Ensure wheel brakes are set before passengers exit.
• Complete reports regarding wheelchairs or incidents.
• Follow dispatcher gate orders and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain reliable, punctual attendance on site.
• Demonstrate PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
