Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services Inc. in Honolulu is seeking a Wheelchair Attendant to support passengers needing mobility assistance. You will help transfer passengers to and from aircraft seats, push wheelchairs, handle luggage, and guide travelers through jet bridges while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Effective communication in English and responsive to passengers.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely assist passengers needing mobility support in transferring to and from aircraft seats using appropriate devices.
• Push wheelchair passengers to and from airport gates.
• Assist with handling checked and carry‑on luggage and assist with claims.
• Guide passengers in wheelchairs down the jet bridge and ensure wheel brakes are set.
• Complete required reports on wheelchairs or incidents and follow dispatcher instructions.
• Provide prompt, helpful answers to passengers' questions and maintain punctual attendance.
